About "FAST TRACK"

The "Fast Track Program" is a 30-credit program specially designed for the Minister with a plan in motion. Do you lead women, a male's group, leading a youth group, and you desire to be Licensed and Ordained Minister - "FAST TRACK" is for you!

A "16-week to graduation plan of action" for the Minister already on the move or a specific vision planned. The curriculum is intense and requires online and classroom studies.  
Materials are provided.

 This course examines the similarities and differences between Leadership and Management - the differences between leading people and managing tasks and how we need to intertwin the two at times. 


Objectives

Develop practical, emotional skills, which will lead them to enhance their personal development and raise the quality of their functions' performance in the organizational and/or managerial sphere.


Specific Objectives

  • Apply key elements of Intelligence
  • Emotional, to promote the individual, group, and organizational change.
  • Manage essential emotional competencies to achieve successful performance in the personal, organizational and social spheres.
  • Use highly effective psychological techniques applied to oneself, to relationships, and to organizational environments.
  • Provide theoretical and practical tools to the participants to generate organizational and successful development environments.

The Context of Praise & Worship

Our Praise and Worship course literary exegesis the scripture regarding praise, worship, and adoration. There is an identity established through the Holy Spirit during our rendered service unto the Lord, Jesus Christ.

 

Objectives 

Expand our understanding of praise and worship, while examining our attitude of praise. Participants become aware of the attitude of the heart and the importance of teaching this concept to believers.



Specific Objectives

  • Understanding "the what is" praise and worship
  • Exploring the various praise and worship within the Bible
  • Gaining divine favor through praise and worship
  • The purpose of clapping hands, kneeling, dancing, instruments. and the use of the voice
  • The contents of praise

Exploring Sermon Types & Exegesis vs Eisegesis

This course discloses the Bible is the greatest book ever written. It reveals God speaking to man yesterday, today and forever. The Bible says it loud and proud - Christ is Crucified, God is Satisfied, the Believer is Justified!!


Objectives

How did we receive God's word?  This class explores the origin of the Bible and its 40 authors.  The class also investigates God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit - three persons in one God!!


Specific Objectives 

  • How the Bible came into existence and revelation
  • Implication, inspiration, and illumination
  •  Supreme authority of the Bible
  • Principles of Bible Interpretation
  • The functions in the Bible's authority  
  • Introducing the one God with three distinct jobs

Exploring Sermon Types & Exegesis vs Eisegesis

  • This course enables the understanding of sermons and their diverse types. An engagement of practices - Exegesis vs Eisegesis scriptural contents. Contextual, topical sermons, planning, with practum.


  Objectives  

Develop effective sermon planning and deliverance.  Research and preparing sermons according to instructions from God; listening for guidance from the Holy Spirit through faith

  • Hearing from God when preparing for sermons.
  • Contextual relevance
  • Research methodology
  • Deliverance and execution

The Doctrines of the Salvation, Justification, & Sin

The trajectory of this course involves understanding and practicing the role of an Officiant.  The minister is intricately taught how to conduct and preside over the sacred ceremonies of Weddings, Baptism, Communion, and Funerals.  



  

Objectives

Learning and applying the ministerial processes of performing weddings, baptisms, communion and funerals according to the Word of God.



Specific Objectives   

  • Counsel couples prior to marriage.  Applying specific biblical guidelines when preparing couples for marriage.
  • Develop a teaching technique for providing concise information about the covenant marriage.
  • Legal competencies and county registration processing for the minister.

The Doctrines of the Salvation, Justification, & Sin

Doctrines are examined every day. They're read, rehearsed, taught, and books are written about the various biblical doctrines.  This course studies the doctrines and their purpose for existence.



 

Objectives 

Comprehend why humans we do what we do -  The word doctrine or (dogma) means a belief or set of beliefs held and taught by a Church, political party, or other group.


 Specific Objectives 

  • Students will understand truths about the origin of sin.
  •  The disciple will see more clearly the fact of sin in the human race and the spiritual influences enabling.
  •  The consequences of sin clearly understood. 
  • Disclose and decipher  that sin has permeated the entire human race.
  • The means of justification through salvation
  • Comprehend the teaching of justification by faith is what separates biblical Christianity from all other belief systems
